Waitlist Form

ADMISSION PROCESS

  1. Fill out the Waitlist Form at the bottom of this page to join the Radiance waitlist. (You can also download the PDF form, fill it out, and email it to info@radiancechildcare.org)
  2. When spaces become available, those on the waitlist will be contacted to fill in the registration package. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child.
  3. Families will have to fill in the registration package and make a non-refundable $200 deposit to secure their spot.
